Estepona Golf

The course, which is dramatically flanked by the Sierra Bermeja Mountains, maintains the natural contours of its surrounds and makes clever use of the many mature, native trees within its boundaries. It was designed by Luis L. Martinez and opened in 1989 and is well known for its wide fairways and large greens.
The most spectacular hole on the course is the third; known as “The Ski Slope” which is possibly the longest hole on the Costa Del Sol…standing at an impressive 568m long, with the green far below the tee tantalizingly out of reach. The 10th is a par 4 with a high tee overlooking the green 250m away bordered on either side by water. The downhill left curve on this hole is a challenge to players with a short drive. The 14th is a par 3 where players have to thread the needle uphill to find the green almost 200m across a ravine.
